What is the Odd Ball Run?


The Odd Ball Run organised by Edwards Trust the non profit organisation with a mission to provide hope, support and comfort to families that have to deal with a recent bereavement of a child or close family member. The goal of the Odd Ball Run is to generate £50,000 to support this cause. 


So what's the plan?


Remember Wacky Races? well, Birmingham and West Midlands based ladies and gentlemen will get a 'wacky' car of their own in a competition to drive from The Marriott Birmingham to Llandudno, North Wales. Along the way there will be various tasks to accomplish to get more points. 


There will be driving tests at various stops along the way, mystery activities with spectators prizes, food and drink and more. 


So how can you help?

Simple, get your company to enter a car. It's a great opportunity to get some widespread press coverage. But that's only the beginning, your company will also get:

  2. Company branding on your car
  3. A ‘Press & Training’ evening
  4. Overnight halt (Accommodation and meal included)
  5. Fancy dress for the crews (and cars) is encouraged - attracting even more attention.

Above all the event will be a lot of fun and each entrant will be raising over £1000 for Edwards Trust supporting families of bereaved children.

How much does it cost

  1. £250 reserves your place on the starting grid.
  2. You can register your car for less than £650.
